About / RENAVID
What is RENAVID?
RENAVID builds systems and writes for people who work in real estate. The Journal covers what AI and technology are changing in the industry, from inside a property company that builds its own systems. The Method will draw on those systems to teach others how to build theirs. We own and operate properties in Sweden.
How it began
The story is told once, by the founder, in the first Note.
How the work flows
Properties we operate feed The Lab; what holds up goes to The Journal, The Method or The Stack, and back into the operation.
The letter
The letter.
One letter a week from The Journal, on AI, technology and property operations.
